TAEONA
TAEONA reads a brand's website, generates social media images and video from the brand's own product photography, and schedules them. Where you have connected an account, it publishes on your behalf — by default only the individual posts you have approved, and, if the workspace owner has turned automatic publishing on, the posts on your calendar at the times set for them.
An integration with Instagram or another Meta product, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile or Shopify is a connection to an independent third-party service. Naming a platform here does not mean every integration or feature is available or approved: we can offer a feature only within the permissions that platform grants us, and platform rules, account eligibility, content restrictions, quotas and API availability can limit or prevent an action. We may change, suspend or stop an integration where those requirements make it necessary. No platform endorses TAEONA, and we do not guarantee a particular publication time, uninterrupted access, platform approval, reach, engagement or sales.
TAEONA is for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you are acting for a business, you confirm you can bind it, and “you” includes that business. Whether you are a consumer depends on applicable law and the purpose of your purchase; using a business tool does not by itself waive consumer rights.
Give accurate account information, keep your sign-in secure, and invite into a workspace only people who should be there. You are responsible for what the people you authorise do. You may connect only accounts, websites and stores you own or are authorised to manage — an agency needs its client's authorisation, and must stop using a client's data and accounts when that authorisation ends.
These terms are between you and Taeona, Inc., 742 S Hill St, STE 903, Los Angeles, CA 90014. They are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes go to the state and federal courts located in California, whose jurisdiction both sides accept.
If you are a consumer, that choice does not take away mandatory protections or local venue rights you have where you live, and applicable law decides which law and which courts govern your dispute. These terms do not impose arbitration and do not waive class actions.
TAEONA is currently invite-only. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@taeona.com if you think someone else has access.
Connecting an account does not authorise a post. How posts reach your accounts is a setting on your workspace, and it is yours to change:
You connect an account through that platform's own authorisation process. You should never give TAEONA a social media password, and we never ask for one. The permissions you grant through a platform allow the matching technical access; they are not open-ended permission to act for you. Turning automatic publishing on is a separate, affirmative step that names the actions it will take, the accounts, the scope and how to stop it — and a change outside what you approved needs a fresh authorisation.
Instagram and other Meta services. You must use an eligible account and grant the permissions the feature needs. Publishing, media formats, disclosure and account management stay subject to Meta's rules. Do not use TAEONA to evade an account restriction or to reach another person's data without permission.
TikTok. Before anything is sent to TikTok you review the content and the account, choose the visibility and interaction settings, make the commercial-content disclosures, and approve the upload expressly. You need the music and other content rights, and must complete the declarations the publishing screen shows. A standing connection is never permission to skip those steps.
X. We show what is going to be published and take your authorisation for it. Do not use TAEONA for repetitive spam, coordinated manipulation, or identical or near-identical posting across several X accounts, and do not use it for unsolicited automated replies, mentions or messages. A feature that needs separate approval from X is not available merely because your account is connected.
AI output can be wrong, can resemble output made for someone else, and can raise intellectual property or advertising problems. We do not promise any output is accurate, original, protectable or fit for a given use. As between you and Taeona, Inc., and so far as the law and third-party rights allow, we assign you whatever rights we have in output generated for you — not our software, templates, pre-existing materials or third-party materials.
Check the factual claims, product representations, permissions and disclosures in your content before it goes out, and if you turn automatic publishing on, set accurate brand instructions and watch what it produces. Do not present synthetic endorsements, invented reviews, or AI depictions of real people as genuine, and use the AI-content, advertising and paid-partnership labels each platform requires.
Our permission to process your content does not include training a general-purpose AI model on it, or on anything we receive from a platform you connected. Using it for a materially different purpose would need its own assessment, notice and permission, and would still have to be something the source platform allows — your permission cannot override a platform's prohibition.
TAEONA is free during the invite-only beta. Nothing is charged today, no payment details are collected, and there is no paid plan you can sign up to. Credits — the usage unit the product spends when it generates an image or a video — are granted by us.
A credit is a usage unit, not money: it has no cash value, cannot be transferred between workspaces or exchanged for cash, and can only be redeemed for work inside TAEONA.
If we introduce charges, we will publish the prices and the refund and cancellation terms here first, and no existing account will be charged without being told by email and in the app beforehand and being given the chance to stop using the service. When that happens, the order page will show the price, the currency, what the plan includes, any limits on generation or revision, taxes, the billing interval and the renewal terms before you confirm, and the plan and price you accept at purchase are the ones that apply. We will not treat continuing to browse the website as agreement to a charge, and a price change will apply only to future billing periods, with notice and a chance to cancel first. Joining a waitlist is never a purchase.
These rules will apply to any charged work from the day charging begins, and they are the reason there is no figure on this page today: a price nobody has set is not a price we are willing to print.
Nothing is sold today, so there is nothing yet to withdraw from. From the day we start charging, a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom entering an eligible distance contract generally has 14 days from entering it to withdraw, subject to the usual exceptions and to any longer period the law gives. To withdraw, email hello@taeona.com with a clear statement identifying your account and purchase; you do not have to give a reason, and sending the notice before the deadline is enough. You may use the form below but you do not have to.
If you expressly ask for a service to start during the withdrawal period, you may owe a legally permitted proportionate amount for what was actually supplied before you withdrew, provided the required information and consents were given. Starting a subscription does not by itself end the withdrawal right, and accepting these general terms is not a waiver of it. Where we owe reimbursement we make it within the legal deadline, generally within 14 days of your notice, to your original payment method, with no fee.
You keep your mandatory rights over faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content and services — repair, repeat performance, a price reduction, cancellation or a refund as applicable — and the mandatory protections of United States and Canadian federal, state, provincial and territorial law continue to apply. We look at the right and the facts rather than refusing a request under a blanket rule.
Model withdrawal form — send only if you wish to withdraw. To: Taeona, Inc., 742 S Hill St, STE 903, Los Angeles, CA 90014, United States; hello@taeona.com. “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service or purchase: ______. Order date and reference: ______. Customer name and account email: ______. Customer address: ______. Date: ______. Signature, only if submitted on paper: ______.”
Do not use TAEONA to:
We may refuse or stop an action that raises an identified legal, security or platform-compliance problem, and may suspend an account that breaks these rules — we will tell you why where we lawfully can. Us stopping something does not transfer your legal obligations to us, or ours to you.
The privacy policy sets out what we collect, why, who processes it, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted. If you put other people's personal information into TAEONA, you need a lawful basis for it and must give whatever notices that use requires. Do not upload sensitive personal information that making social content does not need.
Where we process personal information on your behalf, each side will put in place any data processing agreement the law requires before that processing starts. These terms do not replace a required data processing agreement or international transfer arrangement.
Taeona, Inc. and its licensors keep their rights in the service, the software, the interfaces and everything else that is not your content or output assigned to you. Subject to these terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use TAEONA for your own business or personal purposes. That is not a right to redistribute our software, disclose our credentials, or present our brand as yours.
We may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what the product does, we will tell you by email and in the app at least 30 days beforehand.
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that commitment, any express written commitment we make, and the warranties the law does not let us exclude, the service and its AI output are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and generated content may contain errors — which is why a person reviews it. We do not guarantee that a platform will approve an account, accept a submission, or produce a business result.
To the fullest extent the law allows, TAEONA is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated content will be accurate, original or fit for any particular use — which is why a person reviews every post before it goes out.
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost goodwill, even if told such damages were possible. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of TAEONA, for all claims combined, will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
If you are a consumer, the exclusions and the cap in the paragraph above do not apply to you. We stay responsible for loss we are liable for under consumer law, including foreseeable loss caused by our breach or by our failing to use the care and skill the law requires, and nothing here reduces your mandatory rights over digital content and services.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fees you owe us, or any other liability a mandatory law of your country does not allow to be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits anyone's statutory data-protection rights or a regulator's powers.
You can stop at any time — Delete account removes your workspace and every stored file, and you can ask us to close an account at hello@taeona.com. We may suspend the affected part of the service or end your access for a material breach of these terms, for non-payment once charging begins, for misuse, for a security threat, for losing access to a platform we depend on, or where the law requires it — with 30 days' notice where that is reasonably practicable, and immediately where urgent security or legal action is needed. Where we can, we will explain the problem and give you a chance to put it right.
On termination we stop new publishing activity and handle what remains as described in the privacy policy, which also lists the records we keep. The parts of these terms that need to survive do — payment obligations already incurred, ownership, the lawful limits on liability, and the dispute provisions.
Closing your account takes your listings out of the marketplace. Formulas other workspaces have already licensed stay with them, and the licences granted above survive the end of these terms to that extent.
Please write to hello@taeona.com first so we can try to sort a problem out. That does not stop either of us seeking urgent relief or exercising a right that cannot be waived, and it does not affect the governing law and courts set out above, or a consumer's local rights.
We will notify you of material changes by email and in the app at least 30 days before they take effect, except where a faster change is needed for law or security, and we will ask for your acceptance where acceptance is required. Continuing to use TAEONA after that means you accept them. A change does not authorise a retroactive charge or widen a publishing permission without the consent that needs.
If a provision turns out to be unenforceable the rest stays in force. Not enforcing something once is not giving it up. Neither of us may assign these terms in a way that reduces mandatory protections; we may assign them as part of a merger or a transfer of this business, subject to the privacy policy and applicable law. A separately signed order controls where it says so expressly, but cannot override a platform's restrictions or rights that cannot be waived.
